Webhostingpad.com is the worst web host scam in the world… Three months ago, I made the mistake of signing of for two years of hosting. One month later, I cancelled my account (lost all of my money I paid for two years)… and I went to Justhost. I just discovered they illegally billed my credit card again for another two years without my permission. I emailed them about this, and they responded in their typical fashion- rude and ugly. I reported this fraud to my credit card company and had the charge removed. I have filed a complaint with the IC3 and the FBI. I also filed a report with the Secret Service, and am working on a report with the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.

I’m currently using GoDaddy shared hosting plan. My experience with my site is the load times are sometimes fast and sometimes slow. This tells me that something is not right with their server. It shows their server is capable of delivering the pages fast, but sometimes fails to do it. I'm guessing there is a heavy load from another site on your server.

I don't know how webhostingpad.com can always listed in the "top xxx" hosting company. My biggest mistake is put my site on their space. One day they suddenly suspended my account without any alert. I can not get my backup files back, neither my money (I paid for 3 years). The on-line support is a joke since the supporter may end the chat, and then the "live chat" icon in their site will be disappeared. If you followed their comment to send some mails to admin/manager, you will be frustrated since no one will give you a real response. By the way, if you send 10 mails, you may get one response. That's all I experienced!

I would urge anyone looking for a reliable and ethical hosting company (suck as justhost.com or fatcow.com) to avoid webhostingpad.com. We experienced chronic downtime with our site. I'm really have a hard time right now trying to get them to refund my money. Please, do not go to this hosting. VERY VERY BAD TECH SUPPORT.
